These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PanelDNS ("Service"), operated by the platform operator ("we", "us", "our"). By registering for or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
PanelDNS is a DNS management platform that allows resellers to manage DNS zones and records across multiple DNS providers, and to offer white-label DNS management services to their end-clients ("sub-clients").
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at sign-up. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance windows will be announced with reasonable notice. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and, if applicable, our Data Processing Agreement. By using the Service you consent to the data practices described therein.
The Service integrates with third-party DNS providers (Cloudflare, DigitalOcean, Route 53, etc.). Your use of those providers is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purposes.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operator is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
